Intake of spice is a very important thing in Ayurveda but the dishes that one takes should not be fiery hot. One can limit their spices to pepper and chilli powder and some other things like nutmeg and cinnamon. Also, it is a good idea to not to drink cold water and go for room temperature water always.

In Ayurvedic treatment, regular exercise is an important part. One should do regular yogas or evening walks and swimming. Daily meditation and deep breathing is also very much recommended here. If one does yoga on a regular basis then it can improve the
